Working hard to be successful in life seems not to be the par excellence choice for some people. For instance, the extravagant and polemic Kim Kardashian, a reality show star, is one of those who avoid working hard.  As she was born in a wealthy family, Kim did not have to do anything else to get whatever she wanted. Nowadays, she is one of the most popular and followed celebrities on Instagram. In fact, She always wanted to be famous but without doing any great effort to get it. That is why she released a porn video in 2007. Getting all the attention she was expecting that year, Kim associated with E entertainment in order to produce her own reality show called Keeping up with the Kardashians which is basically about her doing nothing and going out with her sisters. Eventually, Kim earns $115.545 million per year without working hard as normal people do. However, some people have everything resolved in their lives even before being born.

I remember when I first arrived to the United States. Even before the plane landed, the little windows in the airplane revealed the city´s lights. As I walked off the plane, cold air hit my face making me miss the tropical weather from El Salvador. Later inside the airport, some people were wearing big coats and hats, which I had seen on television, but never up close. I felt a little dizzy and needed to sit down, and then my cell phone rang. It was my Aunt Tania. She was waiting for me outside in the passenger pick-up area, so I walked quickly to the exit. In fact, I was so excited that I forgot my luggage. Finally, when the sliding glass door opened to the outside, there was my aunt, a woman I had not seen in over ten years. After she hugged me, I felt that particular sense of being at home. I learned that family is part of those few ones that will never let you down.

Some places and situations can make you reflect about your own life. That is what my grandma said when we arrived to the nice hotel reception decorated with fancy furniture. I remember that I was looking for a wooden chair in front of the beach´s shore when I could see the white sand and navy blue water crossing the entire coast line. I took a sit to try to appreciate the incredible view due to its unique colors and contrasts such as the violet sky, the reddish sun, and the yellow clouds. That was the moment I thought about my own life, and how blessed I have been all this time. Besides, I could see red, littles crabs walking on the sand, and green, little turtles getting into the cold water. In fact, the sound produced by the smooth waves in the shore was a sweet melody for my big ears at that moment. That Caribbean beach was supposed to be a useful place in order to forget my problems, but instead it made me reflect about my life in an unexpected way that I will never forget....

There are some simple steps about how to ruin a love affair. The first step is pretend to be unaware about the love affair, but you have to get information as much as possible. Second step, as you feel prepared, plan a family reunion in order to expose what you know to everybody including every single detail. The next step, after you ask for divorce, demand your ex- couple for psychologist injuries that will not heal until you get $10,000 dollars in your bank account. The final step, you have to date with someone younger and hotter than your ex-wife or ex-husband and make sure to post as many photos as possible on Facebook. These steps will be an effective and efficient way to ruin any bad romance.

Racism is not just being a white man wearing a white costume and mask but when you classify people based on their race. It is the ideology that a race is superior to another, or when you judge people because their origins. Many people believe that they are not racist because they do not insult people by their race. However, they have the idea that Japanese and Chinese people are the same because the shape of their eyes, that Latin American people enjoys salsa music and that North Americans people are full of vain. Being racist is being surrounded by prejudices and ignorance, judging people because of their aspect and race when we, humans, are different.

TV shows and You Tube videos are resources in which you can find entertainment, but at the same time, their nature and audience are completely different. In television you can find many cartoons, series and talk shows that are interesting. There are many professionals involved in this area, presenting, acting, directing, drawing and many other bunches. Likewise in YouTube; there are many you tubers that upload different materials in comedy, series or even mini movies with a hard work in production. However, the quality in YouTube is not the best. You rarely will find an actor with a You Tube Chanel because it is full of young people who want to show their talents or opinions. The bright side in this one is that you can find reality without censure on the contrary of TV where you find a lot of it.

We can classify many ways in which students prepare themselves for an exam like studying with music, with friends, with questionnaires or main ideas. In the first way, students prefer study with music around them while they are reading because they say that music make them get focused on what they are trying to learn. This option is not for everyone because some people can get distracted with music. The second way is studying with their friends sharing information and giving feedback of topics or facts. This could be a good option if students are mature and focused on studying without wasting time with jokes or games. Finally in the third way, we can find students that prefer work alone making questions or main ideas of all the material they have, and later they learn the answers or ideas. The fact is that students have to know the way you learn and use that method.

Many kids are dropping school these days in El Salvador, and this is caused by many things. The first cause is poverty because parent need their children help them in the field to harvest and prepare the ground. Also, parents don’t have enough money to pay transportation, buy assignments materials, among others. Second cause is that children in school afford a new reality with the pressure of dealing with new people like classmates that can bully them or teachers that are hard with them. As a result, children quit school. A third cause is illness. Some children are facing illnesses that keep them off form school even if they want to go. At the end, children are facing different obstacles that cause them dropping school.

Smoking marijuana should be legal for adults over the age of 21 as other chemical substances are. These days, parents are worried that their children use substances like marijuana, but they do not pay much attention at alcohol or cigarettes, and they introduce marijuana like a forbidden fruit making teenagers want it more and more. Marijuana does not have too much difference with those substances; In fact, the marijuana plant contains chemicals that may help treat a range of illnesses and symptoms like people who have cancer and are in chemotherapy that use it very often. 28 are the states in U.S that already have legalized the use of marijuana. As we can see, marijuana has many benefits, and an adult can use it in a proper way like they do with cigarettes.
